Christmas Cantata 2014: Thank you for the music!

We would like to congratulate and give thanks to our own First United Methodist Church of Canada choir and to the Lakeview Multicultural United Church choir for their many hours of hard work and dedication to make the Christmas Cantata 2014 a success. We were wowed by not one—but two!—musical performances in Burnaby and Vancouver. We couldn’t be any more proud of you and the wonderful gift of music that you share with all of us.

This year’s Christmas musical, Go Tell It! was arranged by Jack Schrader, and is a retelling of the Christmas story in a mix of traditional and contemporary music and narrative. The choirs’ performances ushered us into the festive holiday season.

Here are a just a few snapshots from first performance. If you have photos from the concerts that you would like to share with us, please let us know in the comments.
